Lawn Care Foreman:
Seeking an experienced lawn care professional dedicated to customer satisfaction. Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment while supervising another worker. Must enjoy working outdoors and have knowledge of local plants and weeds. Applicant must present a neat appearance and be able to establish rapport with customers. This is a year-round position of trust. Pesticide license, proper pruning experience, and commercial mowing equipment experience preferred. $14-18 per hour. Background check and good driving record required. No tobacco in front of customers, no smoking in trucks. Headquarters located in South Asheville/Arden area. There are two requirements that one may not have (Certified Grounds Technician through PGMS & a North Carolina Pesticide Applicator’s License), but that’s not a deal breaker. The chosen candidate will just have to obtain those within the first 6 months of employment.
This person will be in charge of the day-to-day Grounds Department operations at our new property.
